REFUND POLICY

Emergency Service Authorization & Cancellation
 
This section covers situations where our 24/7 team is dispatched to begin mitigation work.

 

  • Emergency Service Fee (Non-Refundable): Once Right On Time Restoration personnel and equipment are dispatched to the loss location, the initial emergency service and assessment fee (if applicable) is non-refundable. This fee covers immediate travel, labor, and the critical step of property stabilization (e.g., stopping the water source, emergency board-up).
     

  • Authorization of Work: Mitigation work (such as water extraction or setting up drying equipment) often begins immediately under a signed Work Authorization to comply with insurance policy requirements to prevent further loss. Once this work is authorized and started, payment is required for all labor and materials used up to the point of cancellation.
     

  • Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: If a customer cancels the request before our team is dispatched to the location, all pre-paid deposits (if any) are fully refundable.

PAYMENT AND REFUND
FOR COMPLETED WORK

This section clarifies payment expectations and the scope of a refund for completed restoration or reconstruction.

  • Service Completion: Payment is due upon the completion of all agreed-upon services, as detailed in the signed scope of work. Since restoration involves permanent property improvement, full refunds for completed work are generally not applicable.

  • Dispute Resolution: If a client is unsatisfied with a specific aspect of the completed work, Right On Time Restoration is committed to addressing the issue. We will first offer a free reinspection and correction of any deficiencies that fall under our workmanship guarantee.

  • Insurance Payments: For insurance-covered losses, funds paid by the insurance carrier for our services are non-refundable to the policyholder, as those funds are designated for the work completed by Right On Time Restoration.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

This section defines the company’s commitment to quality and standing behind its work.

  • Workmanship Guarantee: Right On Time Restoration guarantees that all restoration and reconstruction work will be completed in accordance with industry standards (IICRC) and local building codes in West Palm Beach, West, and Central Florida.

  • Guarantee Claims: If any issue directly related to our workmanship arises within a specified period (e.g., 90 days or one year) after project completion, we will return to the site and remedy the issue at no additional cost.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover issues resulting from subsequent damage, issues unrelated to our scope of work (e.g., pre-existing conditions), or items covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
